PS3 has problems playing old games

PS3 is Sony's seventh generation era video game console, third in the PlayStation series. It is the successor to PlayStation and PlayStation 2 and will compete against Microsoft's Xbox 360 and Nintendo's Wii. Users of the newly launched PlayStation 3 may have problems trying to play games designed for older versions of the console. Some 200 software titles out of 8,000 sold for the PlayStation 2 and the PlayStation have problems running on the PS3. This is the latest problem sought regarding the PS3 that was released last November 11, 2006 in Japan.
