Perez Hilton get sued again

I saw Perez Hilton's website a couple of weeks ago and I found a screencap of Jennifer Aniston there topless. I thought it was cool, but when I found out today that Mario Lavandeira aka Perez Hilton will visit the court again, i think that wasn't cool anymore. To all you bloggers out there next time you post a topless actress make sure it's not a copyright infringment!
