New Year Victims in the Philippines

The Philippines broke its own record with bullets and firecrackers injury lists. Victims of stray bullets nearly doubled while the number of patients injured by fireworks swelled to 907 during the Yuletide celebrations despite government efforts to avert such incidents. It was fine hearing reports regarding incidents of firecrackers injuries, but when I've heard of injuries because of stray bullets my head want to explode in fury. I just can't imagine those people firing their gun because of a mere New Year celebration. These people are really really stupid, self centered, pathetic, and attention seeker individuals. If they were just using their small brains every time they fired their guns nobody should have been hit or killed.
