Deal off for Payperpost and Performancing

Payperpost backed out in acquiring some assets of Performancing.com. A week ago, Payperpost.com and Performancing.com have announced that several assets of performancing.com will be acquired by payperpost. These tools will include both Performancing Metrics & Performancing Exchange. Performancing Metrics is the leading, free blog analytics service, and Performancing Exchange, an online classifieds for bloggers.
