Cyber Laws in Malaysia

Malaysia may introduce tough cyber laws to control bloggers and prevent them from spreading "disharmony, chaos, seditious material and lies" on their websites. They wanted to create cyber laws to control those who misuse the Internet. A stricter cyber laws will prevent bloggers from disseminating disharmony, chaos, seditious material and lies. There are some countries already banned some blogsites, I still can remember when China blocks all incoming and outgoing blogs also, I've read that Pakistan blocks blogspot.com as well.
