Cannon Bang for the New Year

A new type of New Year firecracker has been invented in Cavite Province and now propagating in Lucena City, Philippines. PVC Pipe Cannon or 'Boga', was first invented by a group of youngsters in Cavite Province, it was reported that in Lucena City, Philippines a louder PVP cannon have been developed. Unfortunately Philippine National Police is eyeing a nationwide ban for 'Boga'. Its threat to public safety, its lack of government quality control, and the lack of guidelines for adult supervision will be the National Police's three-pronged legal basis for banning the noise-making PVC boga on a nationwide basis.
