Sharing a piece of health wisdom

I was always told by my grandparents never let a wet shirt dry in my body or else i'll get cold, cough or flu. Because I'm a little bit hardheaded i always ignore them. Now I realize everything they told me was right. Now i am passing this little bit of health wisdom to my nephews, soon i'm gonna pass it to my kids.
