I hate my neck

When i woke up this morning i had a stiff neck, its killing me. I can not even turn my freaking head waaaaaaaaaaaaa. What i did was i went to the mall and look for a better pillow, i've heard stiff neck was cause by a bad sleep of because of a wrong pisition of neck during the neck. I bought a new silicon fiber pillows, hopefully i won't have this achy necks again.
