Do you believe MMORPG is addicting?

I once a mmorpg addict, I played ragnarok online 10 hours a day, my life was stuck for two years, I might say MMORPG is really addicting based on my own experience. On or off the computer you still thought of your loved character, everyday you'll think of what's the next thing you would do, where to level up, who would you kill at the PVP or person versus person arena. I've recently read a story of a boy wanting to kill himself after he was caught cheatnig with the game by the Game masters and immediately his account was banned. The boy was playing World of Warcraft. After he got banned he threatened the management that he would kill himself if his account was not reinstated.
