Boss Ted Murphy asked his employees to make a video confession regarding their stressful office environment and so the first victim is Tamale. I think Tamale's job is really stressfull, by just looking at her office it seems she has plenty of work to do, like writing emails, answering phone calls etc. But I can not wait for Ted Murphy doing his own video confession, he must have the most stressful job there or maybe not...he love his work and just letting the cash flows in. I think video confession is really a good outlet for stress and tension. It is a good way of self expression, you won’t get the stress release you need if you keep focusing on every event that caused you grief or every mistake you’ve ever made. Give yourself a break!
Blogging could be a form of stress release, you can say what you want and express what you want, it is really good if you are paid to blog.
