PayPal allows Philippines to send money

PayPal allows anyone with an e-mail address to send and receive payments online, according to the company's website. It has about 100 million account members worldwide, and is available in 103 countries and regions around the world. PayPal has included the Philippines in its limited-functionality list. This means you can now register for an account and use it to pay online. That's it. We still cannot do the following: receive money, load up the account thru credit card; and withdraw money into a bank account.
