Video web sites, like everyone else these days, are looking for places to offshore some business functions. For DaveTV, a start-up founded by Rex Wong, it's the Philippines. The company, which hopes to mix contest in with the usual fare submitted by users, has hired people in that nation to watch videos so they can be categorized and, if necessary, screened out.
Why the Philippines? "Porn is illegal in India," he said. Thus, outsourcing there could lead to inadvertent legal problems.
DaveTV is also looking at ways to insert ads into video and allow individuals to more easily publish videos. Wong founded Applied Semantics which Google bought for over $100 million in 2003. The technology is now a crucial part of AdSense.

Don't you know that porn is illegal here in the Philippines, anyway the fact that we're not the one worshiping cows, we eat them !

Not all Indians worship "cows", I am one such Indian who worships the Lord Jesus Christ and proud of it, Secondly Indians are not a race, but having all races of people. perhaps you should consider visiting the Christian provinces of Mizoram and Nagaland in India where the people are of mongloid origin, and look exactly the same as Filipinos. Then perhaps your whole definition of "bombay 5-6" will come to an end.
